I like the clean arpeggiated guitar sound.  I also like when the song kicks in with the heavy guitar.  The solo is nice and easy, fits the song well.  Good sound.

Bass in yo face.  Wow...not volume wise...playing wise..the bass player sounds like he's really good.

I like the way the acoustic guitar sounds - maybe could use just a touch off the high end but it's not bad at all - sounds like it's an acoustic going through some type of guitar processor, like a multi fx unit. 

The vox are good - could be put in the mix a little more - they seem separate to me - I do like the vocal sound though, like the voice itself.

Pretty cool song altogether.
