This song is not in a battle

Came up with this song.  It is calmer one, and an instrumental.  Completely improvised.  Enjoy

This one is better, did you played both instruments?

Add some drums and bass, you'll

Definitely need to get rid of some of that distortion. Very nice song though.

nice instrumentation, enjoyed the mood a lot... but it is almost imposible to concentrate with all that distortion on the record... try to improve that so I can give this song the  vote it deserves

Youch! - yes the input is way too high.  Guitar distorts painfully at times, and it really spoils what is a nice piece of well played music that has loads of feeling behind it.

Pity really.

Some satured noises, but the rest sounds great!
Love the mix of piano and electric guitar, but take the guitar input a bit down; the sound collapses sometimes.

okay, people are making way too big a deal of the guitar imput. seeing that it was all recorded through one amplifier, its pretty good.

no, actually I don't think they are making too big a deal over the level.. the volume is up too high, and so the recording ends up distorting, because the sound card can't handle how high the level is... and so, it distorted it as it was recorded.. now it is in the mp3 as distorted noise, and makes it hard to listen to, you can't hear much over the distortion when it gets real bad... just turn down the volume of the amp when recording in the future, you can adjust the levels on the recording later...

But the overall feel of the piece is nice... I like the song... just wish the levels were better.... Can you redo it with better levels?  That would be nice... Not sure if you could capture the full mood of it, as it feels like much is improvised... which adds to the charm...

Anyway...  That is what they are talking about... They are trying to help, not trying to be jerks...  This is the purpose of the site, to get feedback...  anyway...
That is all I have to say about that....

I know they aren't insulting it. But just given the recording circumstances, its not too bad.
and ya might wanna improv the noodling before you dub yourself king...
