A track from our latest EP. Was recorded over a drum sample which we found quite unusual, so used it. The whole song seems to build up to the middle8 section.

The song took a little while to grow on us but now appears on our new EP as the closing track. Seems to have gone down well so far - what do you think?

drums seem somewhat muddy and distorted somehow , could use eqing i think...i like the guitar tone and style and the vocal delivery, cant make out much of the lyrics though...you said something about the song building, but that is the problem i have with this song...it doesnt seem to build towards anything or travel anywhere....it needs some transitions to leave us feel as if we went on a journey when the song is over, as it is now, we just stood around in the same place for a while

Great voice reminds me of Adrian Borland(The Sound )perhaps what a118 says is true.
Perhaps you must make a new arr. of the song.
I think it needs some more tension perhaps you can change the chorus a little bit.
Suggestion: try to make the chorus sound more raw/or to say it in another word:original.
Overall:good result but perhaps not finished yet.
