This song is not in a battle

Wrote this today, when i was a bit down. i hope the lyrics are obvious enough that i dont have to say what its about. i thought the chorus was pretty, it's one of my best so far. reminds me a bit of coldplay in places and the song Perfect Lie by Sheryl Crowe.

hope you enjoy it as much as i did making it

Heh, when i first read the title i thought it was gonna be a cheesy country song, but turns out i really liked it... only thing is i'd recommend putting some compression on ur vocals cause the levels fluctuate abit... gets too loud at points, but other than that 2 thumbs up

hey girl you make me crazy. again a perfect song. go for the invitation to make a pro record with your songs. you need it. home recording is not enough for your musical qualities.

give you my points.
Cheers Carsten

Nice song. Really great feel, nice harmony. Only criticism, vocals are a bit sharp. I really like the back up guitar you've got going on those staccatto chords after the chorus. Nice feel, the vocals are fading a bit behind the electric guitar. Record it pro if you can, it could turn out really nice. Good work, good writing.

Hey, i just thought i'd tell you guys that i redid this song in a studio last week - i dont have the recording yet (it's in the post) - but i'll tell you about it. It's alot softer than this recording, i did it as a duet with my friend amanda. me on piano and vocals and her singing. It really sounded sweet, keep checking my website (http://www.tess.beightons.net) on the news page, when i get it i'll write an entry and include that recording and you can all listen to it .

anyway, i jus thought you might wanna know
