Nice guitar right up front - I like that warbly - tremolo - beatles-esq kind of feel.  I kinda wish it would have stopped though a little bit in and then come back in later in the song - to make it stick out a little more.  It did get a little distracting.

Piano playing is appropriate - sounds good for the song.

The song kinda reminds me of a Randy Newman song - could probably get this in Toy Story 8 or whatever one is next.
