Justice shot them slyly from the grave - Live at Sumo, Leicester - January 2006

This is a new tune recorded live at a gig we did in Leicester last month...we've played around with the mix but due to a sound card blowing up only had eight channels so we've lost some drums and vox...

Please let us know what you think of the song itself and the live performance....

Keeping in mind what you said about the recording, I'd say this sounds like it would be fun to play (or listen to) live.  I like the back-and-forth clean/distorted guitar.  It gives the song a bit of a manic-depressive kind of feeling that works out well.  I think it's pretty darn well-written, right down to the drum fade at the end.  If you were to re-post at a higher recording quality, I'd download it.  Thanks!

This is not my style, but the song is good for a punk-rock band.
Must say it sounds pretty good for being recorded in a gig.
You have a lot of power. Keep this up.

You REALLY shouldn't put a song your not happy with in the battle... you cannot delete it later..  You will now be stuck with this song in your song list for a long time to come...

If you aren't happy with it, declare peace, and start anew...

                     BTW,

AWESOME performance.... I Love it, you guys seem very talented...
I, like Fish, no vote until your happy...
JimK    I have not rated this song....

yeah too bad about the mix but the song is great.

I enjoy the vocals much more like this than in the studio work... your studio work sounds much too clean to *really* please me. This is much better! I love that live sound.

Yes too bad about the lost channels.

I voted though. I mean you put it in the battle right?

I really like your husky vocals, they are controlled and supported, certainly not all over the place. I think the beginning is a little low for your vocal range, but you could certainly practice and stretch your voice to reach it if you wanted, it doesn't sound bad by any means though.
Mix doesn't sound bad at all, I like the live effect and background noise.
Definitely have a great rhythm and sync with the guitars, I can tell you guys play with each other a lot.
Nice tune as well.

"C'est pas mal" : Quite good...

There is energy but I will say that's sounds too much like "Clean-American-groups" (Hoobastank-NickelBack)

The voice is a little bit more tougher than them (I like the voice....really). But sometimes, i think that's better to try to sing with more delicacy...but that's just my opinion...

Could you mixed up Energy and Delicacy??
