As I sit here listening, I am impressed with the  guitar work..I like the weird sound that comes in slowly then fades out, really adds to the mood... the lyrics aren't that bad, they are able to be heard, and right in line with the style and mood...   really nice song

yes, you've got a good ear. i used DADGAD. it's a good one.

Piano sounds very distant, yet effectively so.  It is consistent with the vocals.  Nice work with the harmony (or actually unison) vocals in the left channel.  I liked the "noise", though I agree with aetheris that it is a bit too loud.  Or perhaps it should fade out once the lyrics start.  It's kind of a creepy song, in a very good way.  Very nice work...
