You really do have a great talent for writing decent songs. 

I love the guitar playing, and your voice is excellent.  This one really would benefit from other instruments - at 1:16 I wanted another sound to compliment the guitar.  I also think a bass line would be fitting through out.

Also, it's too short!!!  So perhaps a bridge of some sort to lengthen it just a little (either with vocals, or just basic instrumental).

But that said - another good memorable song from you!

if I had to choose, I'd go with the fingers. it fits your voice I think. but having said that, this is a very nice song.

Another success, i like the vocals, it's a Dave Matthew type of sound. The rhythm is lifting, the type of song you listen to in the morning to get going. The pick makes the guitar sound a little rough, like takaminerbb13 said, finger style suits your voice.

I dont like your way of singing.  You want to be so soft. In this song it doesnt work. Cmon and sing out loud. I know you can do it.
On the other hand this is a great song. Nice music, nice lyrics. but performance isnt that nice. So I dont know how to vote.

Nice song Chester. I like the feel. I could hear a chorus part in this piece for sure. Your voice reminds me of a singer and keyboard player JEFF JOHNSON. Some of his older stuff. I think you both have the same voice range. Check him out online sometime. The guy is quite the musician. He's done well over 20 albums......peace......jgv
