Yeah, not a bad haunting tune.  Nice panning, pretty good chord progression, and overall a decently constructed track.

I think it may be improved by having a clear (but not always present) melody line over it - acoustic guitar, keyboard, or strings; I don't think it will matter.  Without something to focus on, I find it drags on a little too much.

IT does kind of just keep on going. the atmosphere is definitely created, but i think you should add something to make it a little mroe interesting, like jiminuk said.

could work well as a backing to an art film project.

I like it... but as standalone music piece - not really. as a backing to something else - like a drinking night with some friends of mine, and as I said, and art film project, most certainly.
