Nice MIDI work, is it you playing guitar? Pretty groovy retro compostion   IMO, drums are just a little (just a little) too up in the mix. Like the bass, is that you too?

this song has got potential, in fact, i wanted to pick up my guitar and solo all over that beat! (if you do that, then it may be a complete song, although lyrics and some lead guitar would be best)

btw... what key is it in? i wanna solo over it

I absolutely agree with leVee that the best thing for this track would be vocals and some lead guitar.  But it's very nicely recorded and mixed.

I like it, well done.
 

Beach Boys 2006, really cool.... very intriquing....  I agree with JiminUK the bass break is cool...   
 
     And Creative control is correct, the drums are a little too up in your face, but that could also be fixed with a betterdrum machine.... anyway, real cool
