Needless to repeat myself - Commercials music. Great production value, feelgood, good composition, it's low-thresh yet has sufficient depth in lyrics and style...

bravo. 'nother one for my itunes lib!

Well as long as you know I meant that as a compliment.
Because of the quality and the style. In it's current form one could stick it right with a bit of footage for whatever product and sales go up in a jippy. Don't have to re-record, re-mix or whatever. It's good as it is. Honest, thorough, polished, and inspiring. Qualities a lot of products want to be associated with.

why I get this feeling so strongly with JBP's music I don't know. It's the images I keep having when listening to it. Thusfar I thought of a beer commercial, after shave, a travel agency for mediterranean holidays, chewing gum, a car brand, and ladies undergarments.

I dunno either!

Nice Beatles like
Hey JBP - you're a very productive man...

I've just spotted this place and have been cruising around listening to some nice songs - a lot of yours I like.  I seem to hear some Beatles inspiration in you work - don't know if that is something you've thought about? I guess anyone has been inspired by them in some sense?

I really love your voice and the way you handle it...

"A pocket moon" was the first song to enter my play list! Just nice!

Think I should try and post some of my own songs one of these days...

Well, you got me there. I used to be pretty much into the Beatles when I was much younger, but I guess it always just sticks around. This one is very Beatlesy, I realise that, but this was sort of my aim. Anyway - thank u all for your posts.

How did I miss this the first time round?  The vocals on this sound amazing, and the music really fits.  Panning on the vocals goes a weeeee bit crazy for my liking at a couple points, but thats just if I had to be picky.
You have a very distinctive style that I like, and this fits right in with it.  Keep on writing!
