It sounds pretty nice...I'm not entirely sure what is causing that stuttering in your audio though. If I were you I'd look into it and remove whatever link in the chain it is (your recording software, your MP3 convertor, etc).

The drums sound quite nice...but the keyboard really doesnt sit in the mix too nicely...it could do with a little stereo widening and some eq control to make it sound a little less garish. It's also too loud.

Overall, a cool chillout track - could just use some variation and some attention at the production stage.

Well dave, thanx a lot for your comment, I really appreciate that.
But for your information actually there is no keyboard. The one you heard to, is actually guitar picking loop (I use Cakewalk as my 'instrument').

Weird, because of that stuttering the attack sounded more like a synth than a guitar. Still, i'll keep a look out for your next track.
