can't say i'm a huge fan of the guitar tone, but the chord progression is a good one.

Man I like it, the intro is really brooding. I do like the tone, needs a little tweaking perhaps, but it fits the playing nicely.

Maybe it could do with a little less pick attack...try setting your compressor to have a quicker attack time (eg

Thanks for the comments!

nice ideas.  is this finished or are you going to add some sort of melody.  i really think that it could do with something or otherwise it just gets a little monotonous.  it always surprises me the amount of people who write instrumental music with no obvious melody - the melody is what gains and maintains the audiences interest.  without a good tune you're dead in the water, regardless of how good the accompanying parts are.

i love this and i think it would make a fantastic accompaniment to a nice melody, whether vocal or otherwise.  at the moment however, it just doesn't sound finished.

I like the timbre of the guitar. It's really eerie and somber... Kinda makes you feel uncomfortable in a good sort of way. I love how the tune almost resolves in some places, but goes immediately back to being dark and mysterious.

Ha ha, you'll hate me for saying it
Sounds like the guitar work off some of Limpbizkit's Chocolate Starfish Hotdog Flavoured Water album. I love it. Honestly though, it really does sound alot like that sort of. Sounds better without That arse (whatever his name was, forgotten, Dust or someting like that) whining about in the backround. I really do like it.

I dont hate you for saying that. Wes Borland was a good guitarist. I just wish I made his money back then.  Thanks for the compliments guys. Im deffinitely gonna redo this one in a more complete form.

I like the guitar work I hear some nice warm sounding guitar leads on top of this with some
laid back percusion and mellow bass, maybe some long held chords on the keys.
Imo it seem to feel like an intro into something else. I keep expectiong it to kick into something. good job though.
