We have received word from Mud (who continues to manage the behind-the scenes maintenance of the server, etc. for Bandamp) that he is expecting to move the site to another server within the next couple of weeks. This will help to reduce costs of maintenance of the server. This will possibly mean at least a brief downtime for the site when that occurs. If the site should happen to go offline during this transition, we should be back online in short order (so don't panic...just stayed tuned!)

As far as anyone of us know, Mud still "foots the bill" for the operation of the server. When we went offline a last year, Mud was responsible for getting us back online. None of us pay any fees for operation of the site or the server: Mud does all that. Otherwise, the only ones involved behind the scenes are Tritonkeyboarder, Kings and I.

Some preparations are necessary. So it will take a while before we start moving.
