You can't magically figure out how to do complicated harp techniques---you'll need to follow some sort of lesson or tutorial.  If it's a matter of getting them for free, then try Wikibooks.  Getting a solid bend down takes a lot of time and practice.  Practice embrochure bending before you move onto overblowing and overbending. http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Harmonica
