| Solace in silence |
hello ampers. hope everyone is doing good. This is an instrumental about nothing in particular. I just sat down and started recording... There are some parts im still not sure about, including the general structure so any feedback and criticisms would be appreciated.
Thanks

Man gld too see you back..nice string like intro..The clean guitar is just a tad plucky and dry but the note selection and feel are great...Really enjoyed the listen....The composition in itself is very nice man..A bit of Gilmore there eh?1 50 was a great change, the pizzicato arrangement work great..man I like this a lot!!Nice piano!
It's got a great feel going on here... a nice change at the 1:50ish mark... subtle... still carrying on with that synth sound... digging it.... very soundtrackish... like a Walsh theme.... A break between songs or leading into something bigger... great composition.... digging the overall feel....

Hey guys, thanks for listening and im glad you enjoyed it
Marino: You're right, im very influenced and inspired by Gilmour, but no matter how i try, i can't achieve that awesome tone, and not to mention the string bending with vibrato, thats quite tricky too.
Sword: thanks for listening man. I did think about putting percussion in this, maybe some kind of orchestral tympani and symbals, but I dont have any of those sounds. I can't immagine it with any other type of percussion.
Jackfancy: thats funny, im always trying to get away from that synth sound and make it as realistic as possible, a goal which is probably unattainable at this point in time.
