I wrote guitar, a friend Bianca did vocals&writing for the rest. I helped her out on the writing because she's a bit of a newbie with songwriting (that's kind of obvious, haha) but she'll get there. I still really liked the end product.

yes, she is a completely ridiculously amazing singer--she's been on The Today Show, has recorded with a christian organization etc...she's also super fun to work with haha :P so expect more stuff to come out of this duo :P

The song couldn't be much cleaner. The only advice I have to give is... well... more of a question... Are you going to come up with a second version of this except with added parts? This sounds like a good base to start a song from!

It would be cool if you had your voice on harmony, or even split the melody with her.

This is great. well done. I agree with Xfactor, it could be longer, and you could make it sound bigger/fuller, with some added tracks later on in the song (e.g. just make another section with more instruments and harmonies after it finishes at 1.50). I can picture it in some chick flic movie, very pro sounding

Nice sounding song.  Good bit of guitar work.  Vocal timbre is lovely - really nice sound, just a little out in terms of pitch in places; also perhaps the dynamics and vocal projection could be worked on.
All in all though, good work.
