| I Heard Santa(Jo,Pagans,Denis,Flyer) |
This isn't your everyday Christmas song
I had a lot of fun doing this...and I want to thank everyone who was invovled
This is kind of a true story going back to some little boy's childhood....We are still trying to figure out who this little boy can be...When we discover if Santa is real or not...then we might find out what Little boy's childhood this song is based on

"I Heard Santa"
Verse 1:
well
The snow is falling
its not landing on my head
I made a promise
that I would be asleep in my bed
I kept looking out my window
to see Rudolph
with his shiney
with his shiney
red nose
Verse 2:
I wrote a letter
of gift wishes
I addressed it to Santa
I hope that he gets it
I've been told
that the
Mail gets
delivered to the
North Pole
no matter how cold
Chorus:
cmon now
ohhhhhhhh
I heard Santa
on my roof top
I heard Rudolph
going
clickity clock
sleigh bells
were ringing
as he was
grazing tree tops
I heard Santa
oh
and I heard Rudolph's
Clickity clock's
Instrumental
Pre Chorus:
oh I heard Santa
and i heard
ole
Rudolphs
Clickety clocks
Chorus:
cmon, cmon
oh,
I,I heard Santa
on my,my roof top
I heard Rudolph
oh i heard him
hes
going
clickity clock
sleigh bells
were ringing
as he was
grazing tree tops
I heard Santa
oh
and I heard Rudolph's
Clickity clock's
Bridge::
and
In the morning
It was quiet
Granma
was still asleep
Granpa he was gone
and
I always wonder'd
why did Santa
look like my Granpa
Chorus:
ohhhhhh
I heard Santa
on my
on my roof top
I heard Rudolph
going
clickity clock
sleigh bells
were ringing
as he was
grazing tree tops
I heard Santa
and, I heard Rudolf's
clickity clock's
Verse 3:
and then
I saw my letter
next to Santa's glass
with a
Baseball Glove
and a baseball hat
he even remember'd
my favorite
Baseball Bat
oh, Santa
you couldnt have made
it any better than that

wow.. Jo and Paganscradle have some absolutely excellent additions to this song. The chorus is wonderful. I'm quite impressed with the 4-way collab
That's pretty sweet.
The bass was perfect for the song, I'd say. Not a single complaint there!
The guitar playing was a little quiet, I'd say, as I wasn't even really aware of the guitar most of the time, except for the non-vocal parts, like the short instrumental. I wouldn't make it super loud though--- it deserves a place in the partial-background, just a little higher up than it is right now, in my opinion. We don't want to have everyone distracted by the guitar being all up in our faces. I could live with it easily enough, though if you were to leave the guitar alone.
The lyrics were great, and the vocals were nice--- though I'd say that the melody itself could use some changing up from time to time; many of the lines end in the same (or similar) note. The chorus harmonies are great independantly, but also they help to take some of the focus to a wider scope, of all of the voices, thus I don't notice the repetition I've mentioned while the chorus is on stage.
Not bad at all, though, everybody. I'm quite satisfied with this christmas track! As nice as the traditional songs about christmas are, it's great to have some original material bumping around.
man i like those harmony parts.

Nice work guys!!
The layers work great,I agree with TLS the guitar is a bit quiet and the bass is real well done.I don't really have much to add on the comments part, the intention is really what matters. That by itself makes this an awesome song.
I love the Santa looked like my grandpa line !!!!!!
Good job guys!
