A cover of the great track vincentL uploaded a couple of days ago.  I love this song; the lyrics, the chord progression and the melody absolutely caught me.

The arrangement is, for the most part, the same.  This is honestly a direct cover, and vincentL asked me to upload it when I told him I was planning to record it.  Thanks, man.  I've got a pair of shakers running under the chord progression, and that's basically my only contribution.  Oh, and I do whistle for a few bars.

This isn't recorded as best as I could, because I'm a little stretched for time.  Maybe when I'm free again (this weekend maybe) I will fix the track up, but that's about it till then.

Nice one!  Think your whistling went sour on just a few notes, but hey, its hard to whistle for that damn long.  Overall, what can I say.  Good one!

I heard this on Vincents page...this is really nice Avi....your voice  fits this one really good...the recording is right on....man  its top notch  as a matter of fact....just a lil prob  on the whistling  but  I can get past that...I agree with Minds

Sounds pretty cool, yeah the whistle need a little fixing but the rest is pretty cool. I liked it. Post the lyrics so i can sing along. It would be nice if you add a drum and a bass. If you want i can help you with that.

I'm gonna disagree with everybody about the whistling ok it might be off sometime but I think it's a great idea and fit the feel of the song perfect after all it's about birds and bees!

Still a bit of separation between voice and guitar.Both sound good individually work the frequencies a bit more so they mesh a bit more!The whistle works except that it goes out tune.2 26 and 2 40 have a bit of vocal struggle sound but man this FKN! great!!!!!!!

Thanks M, glad you liked it.  Yeah, my mouth was dry and I was running out of breath.  What do you suggest I do to fix that separation?  I know you record vox with Lisa which are usually mixed in perfect...any tips for me?

vincent: Yeah, I figured those out, but I changed it around a little to use open chords for everything to give it that ring that you can hear.
