I like the intro, the guitar after that is nice, but I would try playing it a little softer so that it matches you figerpicking.

Very good vocals.  Excellent use of effects... just the right amound of reverb and compression.

It sounds like you need a slightly better mic on the guitar.  The one you're using is picking up lots of noise.

My big criticism is this:  I keep expecting it to go somewhere, and it doesn't.  Where's the chorus?  For that reason, I wouldn't classify this as a hit.  But it would certainly find a respectable place on an album.

   Pretty slick.. I agree the guitar should be played a touch softer, and not sure how you recorded it, but I don't think it was the mic, as much as the placement, and the processing of the track after recording that keeps the guitar sounding so bad(it isn't THAT bad though,)  but all in all, Me like...
