Wrote this song for my dying Grandmother just before she passed. She got to hear it just before she died. I recorded the whole thing using a Roland GR-33 Guitar Synth.

This is a nice piece of music, puts me straight in an Irish bar.

That Roland of yours is totally cool if you got all these wonderful sounds out of it.

Well composed that man.

What did your Gran think of it? It must have picked her up a little, it's such a nice lively song.

I like the composition, but some of the sounds sound a bit fake, like that emulation of a violin... that bothers me a bit.
And then you put many different sounds at the time and that is a bit annoying cause it makes harder to understand the song.
But generally, it's pretty cool. If you try to simplify the sounds or remix them that would be great!

being a huge fan of celtic folk
I have to say I disagree with Iszil's assesment of the violin, it is very natural sounding in my opinion, very celtic sounding...  The entire song is very well done... and now I want a Roland myself!!

Anyway, I think it sounds really good... and I am Sure it could have sounded like crap, and Grandma would have loved it... anyway.. this was fantastic... wonderful sentiment to it....

Very soothing... I enjoyed this one.  I liked how you brought new elements into it half way through the song to increase interest.  Very good.

This is awesome! reminds me of Loreena Mckennitt.  Very Pretty. High Scores, here!  You should definatley put a cd together!  (so I can download it!)  by the way...I thought it was very natural... felt like I was in the middle of a small village festival in a long ago setting.  I truly enjoyed this!
