Interesting.....

I feel though that I have heard this before.....   I don't know... is very familiar...

I do think you enjoy singing alot...    I think you have alot of potential if you continue to do this....    I feel you could benefit from some good piano loops, and some drum tracks though....   It would open some of this song up and make it feel more full, and a bit more up...   the synth is almost too much...   I think.....
anyway, great first song.... can't wait to hear more...

Hey, this melody is really familiar!
Don't know, may be a movie or something, but this is really familiar.
Well, your voice is beautiful. Nice singing.
Try to improve the quality of the recording.

Agree with JimkD and Isz - a very familiar feel to this one; perhaps it's just the classic chord progressions - who knows.

Not a brilliant recording, and a bit too "artificial" sounding for me with loads of midi instruments.

Improvements would be:
- record it better!
- use different instrument sounds
- play the backing tracks live to a click track to give it a more natural feel
- stick in some variation to the drum track

Your voice does sound pretty nice though.

I love your voice. I think you could do great in a lot of different styles of music. My advice to you would to try singing in different styles of music. You could do Bjork style to Classical stuff. Again the recording isn't that clear... Maybe try using a different kind of compressor mic. I love the Language even though I don't understand one word. hope to hear more. Thanks

Dana Winner: Ik hou van jou

Ik hou van jou
Alleen van jou
Ik kan niet leven in een wereld zonder jou
Waar ik ook ben
Ik hoor je stem
Ik kan je zo maar niet vergeten

refr.:
Ik neem je in m'n armen
    Laat mij jouw hart verwarmen

oh okay... well... so this is you yourself then?

ok that's okay - in that case it's well done -

but by all means NOT an original piece.

now I personally don't really mind about it, as long as you'd put that in the introduction of this song.... Else ppl will think that you wrote it yourself... and that's obviously not the case.

and I never heard about her too - but it was one of few "hits" I got on musicfrom.nl searching for the lyrics.. so -

in opinion I think you (if this is you) have a nice voice, and I'd love to hear it on your original songs... that is the essence of this site, and concerning uploading covered material, there are legal matters too etc etc...

listen...there are backing tracks available...like Karaoke....like this:

http://www.hittrax.com.au/products_H.asp?InetOrder=True&id=257&cat=Dutch#AP6172AB

I don't think anyone means you any harm, but this is a site rule...it HAS to be original on this site and no covers are allowed. Covers may be fine for other forums, but that is simply not the case here. Certainly would look forward to hearing some original work from you, and we'll be here to encourage you all the way!
