Notably, he does include some seemingly constructive views in both reviews, but the negative elements seem to outweigh the positive (negative elements include some unnecessarily judgmental and condescending/abusive statements directly personally towards both members he &quot;critiqued&quot;). This behavior appears potentially problematic for the community. Can we have a discussion and review of the rules with this person (it appears he is violating the &quot;RESPECT&quot; portion of the rules).

and then today he posts in the News &amp; Events forum a plug for a new band that he just happens to be listening to... mmm... at the very least, he should know by now that the News &amp; Events forums is clearly not the place for that.

I realize that he's a human being too, and that I ought not _try_ to offend someone who really is legit, but I at least want to call this to your attention, in case it goes any further.

   very stupid indeed...  Ok, that is all, back to your originally scheduled programming...

I used to work on her &quot;official&quot; site. Me and here met via something called &quot;Student Center&quot; basically she was a singer who &quot;just got a major deal&quot; sound like bull to me, but she did get some type of minor deal, they released (limitedly) a single called &quot;Sweet&quot; which like tanked. I was making sure the site kept up, but then i decided to concentrate on my life and not heres, so i quit. The bitch flipped out! That was around 2004, a little bit before graduation. But Anywho, i think she started like doing covers with out permission of songs. Rather she completely ripped them off i am not sure. 

Her name was brooke, she was from Portland,Oregon and her voice in my opinion wasnt that strong, as you can see in these song she has left. I heard the final cut of &quot;Crystal Clear&quot; and i was sure that wasnt her. Also she is 27, not 19 or however old she claimed to be. Just thought i'd shed some light on that.</content>

Born in Dundee, Scotland on May 4th, 1990, Ross grew up in the south of England with only his mother as his father had left. Probably where a lot of the inspiration for some of the angry songs is found. He tried to create bands with now members of The Alchemists, and failed. On a high school afternoon, Ross found Tom Bird and Harry Mattock playing together in a music room. Not thinking much of it, he asked to play with them and soon after they formed the group 'Tom, Dick and Harry'. When the idea was suggested that they should introduce a bassist, the hunt went out. Eventually, they had to steal the bassist of stupidly unsuccessful System Of A Down wannabes 'Natas'. With the addition of Luke Gowers, the band had a much more fuller sound and were christened 'The Indecisive', due to lack of any good names being suggested. The first live performance was at a high school battle of the bands, in which they were very well recieved and reached the semi-finals. After 30+ attempted tracks, re-writes and new names, the band was officially baptised 'Manic Subsidal' on January 1st 2006, and are close to releasing thier first CD, titled &quot;Taste Of Ecstasty&quot;.[/i]

It isn't the only song he's ripped from there, but it is the one on this account I know of that is ripped. I've just logged in and saw the newest featured blog about the rules.  Then I went to the About/rules section and checked out them.  Something got my attention:

I know covers are somehow allowed (only on songs without copyright i think) and have no problem with that.

ms Crystalcherry has threatened me with a lawyer, calling me all sorts of things, while it's kind of obvious that her behaviour doesn't really fit this otherwise so fresh and wonderful site. I admit I haven't been 100% nice to her myself, but calling me a liar... it ends somewhere. Also being called &quot;pathetic little loser&quot; in a pm rally (while I'm really not any of those (being a 6' 5&quot; sports jock and all :D I know I've read the BandAmp church rule regarding that, well :razz: it's just that I like to stay fit, that's all :D )) while I've initially only tried to reason with her only adds to my suspicion that she's nothing but a fraud. I do not get intimidated easily. Neither do I get pissed off quickly, it takes A LOT for that to happen...

you see, when this Pup pet bites, he won't let go so easily. I guess it's what they call locking jaws. ;)

anyways if you need proof, please email me, I can send you a reconstruct of Wild Horses, fro and to the The Sundays version and vice versa. You can read for yourself how hard she's denying it. 

Unfortunately the original Crystal Clear is unavailable for download in the Netherlands, so I had to go on a 40 second preview snippet (the first chorus). I compared it, pitch shifted ms Cherry's version down by a whole note and there you go, &quot;fingerprint match&quot; either that or I'm seriously hearing impaired, and you have my word for it that this is not the case.

So... making it official, reporting it as abuse.

The only difference is that Mean Baby Blues is not recorded as well, is a less defined, and has much more slap bass. The actual ryhtm and notes are exactly the same. The rest of the song is totally different though.</content>
